Returns & exchanges

  • We are so glad you chose Bub Mats for your little one! However, due to some reason if you wish to return the mat, we do offer a 30-day returns policy. You can either return or exchange the product within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • - Returns & exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the product

    - A return label will be generated by Bub Mats at the customer's expense.

    - We happily accept unused items in their original packaging (minus a $15 restocking/repacking fee per order)

    - Why do we charge for repacking fee?
    We charge a $15 repacking fee to cover the cost of labor and time required to inspect, repackage, and ensure the product is in resalable condition. This helps us maintain high-quality standards for all our customers.

    - Due to hygiene reason, If your product has been used, we will not accept a refund

    - Please read our care instruction carefully. If you wash the covers and use a tumble dryer excessively, we will not accept a refund.

    - We do not accept refunds if your mat, the waterproof cover or the latex is used by pets. This is not designed to be used by pets

    - There are no additional fees for returns; however, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs

    - Upon receiving the item, we will refund your original payment method, deducting the return shipping expenses

    - Please anticipate a refund processing time of 5-7 business days to your original payment method due to bank processing timelines

    Want to exchange instead? No problem, we'll take care of the shipping fee as long as re:do is selected during checkout.

    If re:do is not selected during checkout, you will bear the shipping costs for your exchanged item, and any price difference will be charged to your original payment method. We cannot add re:do after order processing. Your exchange will be electronically processed upon receipt of the original item at our warehouse.

    Furthermore, if a return is initiated without selecting re:do during checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We cannot add re:do retroactively after order processing.
