How much does shipping cost?
$10 flat fee for all orders under $100 in the US.
Where are we shipping from?
We ship from our warehouse located in Pennsylvania.
How long is processing time?
Our current processing time is 5-10 business days. After your order have been processed you will receive your tracking number via email.
How long is shipping time?
Shipping times vary based on the size + weight of the item(s) you have purchased as well as the time of year. Orders are shipped from Pennsylvania, so if you are more than 1,000 miles away from Pennsylvania your order will most likely take at least 5 business days to ship. Please note that Bub Mats is not responsible for courier delays.
Note: This does not account for customs delays as that is something we can’t really do anything about.
What happens if I put in the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately if something is amiss with your order. Since orders are processed so quickly, we have a very narrow window to edit or change orders once they are placed. Please double check your shipping address and cart contents before checking out.
Where can I find my tracking information?
You can find your tracking information in the shipping confirmation email sent after your order has been processed. You can also register with bubmats.com and track your package by logging in.
I think my order is lost of stolen, what do I do?
Bub Mats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office (refer to your tracking number to determine which delivery service to contact). However we do offer Shipping Protection through a third-party company to all our customers at a affordable low cots.
It provides coverage for lost or stolen orders since we're not liable for items once they leave our warehouse.
Additional details about our Shipping Protection:
- - Once the package ships, Shipping Protection and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- - Replacement entails a refund for lost item(s) or the same item(s) (if available) or an item of equivalent value.

What if I receive the wrong product or a missing product?
Behind close doors, we have an amazing warehouse team. However sometimes human error can occur. If you received a wrong product, or there is a product that is missing. Please email us immediately at team@bubmats.com and we will organize a solution ASAP.
Why are our mats made from natural latex?

Natural latex has a unqiue ability to provode both support and cushioning. Our Cushy Mat can offer a comfortable surface for playtime. It can help absorb impact and provde a soft and resilient feel, which is key for activities that involve physical play!

Are the mats safe for my children?
Yes. All mats contain no lead or harmful chemicals.
What is your cover made of?
Our Cushy Mat covers are made from 100% organic cotton!
What happens if I receive a damaged item?
Not that this happens often, but if you do receive a damaged mat please email team@bubmats.com with your order number and photos of the issues from the email address you purchased with, within 48 hours of purchase.
Our team will reply with an update within 24 hours.
What is inlcuded when I order a Cushy Mat™️?
You will receive the inner natural latex, 1 free waterproof protector & a cotton cover of your choice. We are also offering a FREE anywhere mini mat with every Cushy Mat™️ order.
Do I have the option of an exchange instead of a return?
Exchanges can only be processed if re:do was selected at checkout. If re:do wasn't added, exchanges cannot be accommodated. If re:do wasn't included and you wish to exchange a product, kindly return the original item(s) for a refund and proceed with placing a new order. Please note that you'll be responsible for any shipping fees incurred in this scenario. Regrettably, we cannot add re:do retroactively once the order has been processed.
Can I return my mat if it was not what I was expecting?
Yes, we happily accept returns for orders rom 30 days of purchase within the United States. Please see our Exchanges + Returns page HERE for more information.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that parents want to receive their mat ASAP! Our team are working hard on processing your order within 24 hrs once the order has been placed. If you do have a change of mind, please email us ASAP at team@bubmats.com - we will try our very best to cancel your order. However once the order have been processed and shipment is on the way, unfortunately we won't be able to cancel your order.
* Please note that in the case of return the customer will bear the cost of return shipping.
What is the best way to clean my Cushy Mat?
Latex Foam:
The latex foam is not water resistant. Please do not attempt to wash them.

For minor stains or spills, you can use a mild soap or detergent mixed with water. Create a solution by diluting the soap in water, and then dip a clean cloth into the solution. Gently blot the stained area without rubbing, as rubbing may spread the stain or damage the material. Afterward, use a clean, damp cloth to rinse the area and remove any soapy residue. Finally, allow the playmat to air dry.
Cotton Cover:
To wash, unzip the cover on the sides and remove the foam inserts. Machine wash cold with mild detergent using a gentle cycle. If your cover was loose with room to shrink, feel free to dry with low heat. Once shrunken, it will stretch out with play for the perfectly snug fit. If your cover already fits the foam nicely, please hang-dry or tumble dry using no heat. Do not use fabric softener or chlorine bleach.
Messy Mat:
Our vegan leather mats can be wiped clean with any chemical-free cleaner.
